I had an excellent experience with Umit at the telephone shop. He’s always extremely helpful and responsive with all my questions. I was having some issues with coverage while traveling in the EU, and when I called him from Spain during my vacation, he picked up right away and helped me patiently. He also answers quickly on WhatsApp and always takes action immediately to solve any problem. It's a really personalized attention which is rare in Germany. I was wrongly charged €20 by the telephone provider, and he handled it transparently to reimburse me. It’s rare to find this level of personalized and honest service nowadays — Umit truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend! :)
