the customer service of the staff has been super on the several times i was there. they listened to what i wanted , made reasonable suggestions. Extremely Patience with me and walked me through the contract prpcess. which was not straightforward for non eu citzens.spoke very good deutch- Englisch mixed. melvin and the others are super assests to Freenet. i would go out of my way for my mobile phone needs to their shop.. its so worth having the good customer service.
